    Difference Between a Life Coach and a Therapist
    While both Life Coaches and Therapists aim to help individuals improve their lives, their approaches and areas of focus differ significantly:

Life Coaches may hold certifications but do not diagnose or treat psychological issues. While I am a fully licensed Clinical Therapist, my Coaching style and techniques used will differ from seeing me as a therapist. As a Coaching client you will not receive a mental health diagnosis or receive treatment techniques used in my clinical practice. However, you will receive extraordinary life changing coaching that focuses on empowerment and action steps.
