    About Me

    You know that feeling that we all get from time to time in our life? That gut feeling that lets us know something needs to change. That feeling is what lead you here. Therapy provides a safe space to explore thoughts and feelings without judgement. My belief is that taking time to explore our possibilities of change, leads to us creating it.

    How I Can Help:

    That's where I come in at to support your journey. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker whose been providing mental health therapy for nearly ten years. My unique approach to therapy allows me to build upon my client’s strengths. As a result, I motivate my clients on their journey to the best version of themselves. I teach clients how to develop their own unique self-measurement tools to support their individualized growth.

    We often make the mistake of thinking that to achieve happiness, there is a life checklist that needs to be completed. Unfortunately, these standards tend to keep us unfulfilled and anxious about our life. Consequently, this thought process is the reason why I love what I do. My passion is supporting others in evolving and learning to enjoy their journey as they fulfill their purpose(s).

    Who I Help:

    While I have credentials to treat all mental health diagnosis. I choose to focus my skill set on providing individual therapy treating Depression, Anxiety, Adjustment Disorders, PTSD, Life Transitions, Grief and Loss, Trauma and additional mild to moderate issues. In addition, I also provide couples counseling to assist in creating environments for growth individually and together. At this time services are only provided to adults at least 18 years of age.

    Fun Facts About Me:

    Traveling, dancing, and listening to music are a few of my favorite pass times.  One of my many quirks is dancing to television series theme songs, for instance Law and Order SVU gets me grooving every time.
